Suggestions
We can also dye handmade Washi Paper made from 100% domestic kozo (paper mulberry) tree bark (approx. 64cm × 94cm).
Prices vary depending on the production area of the paper mulberry and other factors. Please contact us for more information.
Shipping
We use EMS for international shipping.
Japanese consumption tax is not applied to orders, but the customer is responsible for payment of any taxes levied in the destination country.
Orders & Payment
Please contact us via email with the pattern number or photos and sheet quantity of your desired order.
We will check our stock and reply to you.
If the order details are to your liking, please pay via PayPal for international customers.
Your order will then be shipped after payment is confirmed.
※Individual customers can also purchase our Yuzen washi papers.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be cancelled or changed before preparation begins.

Returns
If you receive a product that has been mistaken, or has defects, please contact us within one week of receipt of your order.
The color of Yuzen Paper is slightly different with each sheet, making every single one its own unique world, and the color may slightly differ from the photo display.
Returns based on color differences cannot be accepted unless the color is clearly different from the intended order.

Yuzen Paper can be made to order in quantities of 50 sheets or more.
Delivery time varies by season, so please contact us for more information.
As all of our work is done by hand, please allow plenty of time for arrival when placing your order.
